This verse is a constant reminder to me that Jesus never grows weary of our healing journey together. He never rushes our recovery process, and I am beyond grateful for His patience, love, and reassuring presence. ESPECIALLY in the moments when words fail us; and all we can offer Him are groanings that cannot be uttered. He is always with us, and He is my forever hero.

These books are designed for prodigals, church dropouts, f-bombers, and other misfits who have walked with Him into the dark territories of homelessness, addiction, severe mental illness, isolation, family abandon, identity crisis, and experienced not-so-friendly fire in the churches of our childhoods.

Homeless Recovery Strategies & Resources

I have been in a decades long journey to recover from my personal experience of becoming homeless due to mental illness;, and I have chosen to publicly debrief my experience this year. I was thrilled to hear President's Trump's plan for addressing the needs of those who are homeless in our nation, and I took notes during his campaign announcement. 

I created a PDF for you to download and share so we can raise awareness about the complexities that President Trump spoke of in his announcement. Homeless and ACEs recovery is painful and complicated, so it's important that we discuss and implement solutions as soon as possible. Those who are still homeless need help NOW, and I hope to help accelerate the development of new protocols that are desperately needed.

The Kataluma Adventure Tour

As a pioneering American Patriot, my mind is set on creating practical solutions like those that were missing when I was in desperate need of the resources it takes to recover from the life tragedies that lead to homelessness.

I am sharing the lessons I learned in order to shine a light on our need to reform the national homeless recovery protocol in America, which is to "Do The Best You Can, Kid!

The Kataluma Adventure Tour is the story of my personal healing journey, and I invite you into the conversations that are designed to empower U.S. with the knowledge needed to provide care for those who are facing the outcomes of childhood gone wrong, also known as ACEs. (Adverse Childhood Experiences)

Practical resources are the greatest missing piece for most people whose lives have been tainted by trauma, so I am pleased to feature the agencies and community services who work to make it possible for people to more fully engage in their healing process.
